14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at teequality2023@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item when possible. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without their original tags or packaging where applicable
• Gift cards

Sale or clearance items may also be non-returnable where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, size, or style, please contact us first.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is generally to return the eligible item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to the European Union and applicable consumer protection laws provide you with a right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Any rights provided by applicable consumer protection law are not limited by this policy.

Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, subject to applicable law. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
